How can I contact customer support?

How do I set up a subscription order?
We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.
What should I do if there is a problem with my custom order?
Custom orders take 3 to 5 days to process, depending on the item purchased. We do provide express processing with next-day delivery for an additional fee.
How long does shipping usually take?
All products are made to order by hand in our factory with the utmost care and attention to detail. Production takes 3-7 days.
Below 2KG will shipping free by 4PX in 8-15 days around.
Above 2KG will shipping free by DHL/FEDEX/UPS Express in 7-10 days around.
